Toastmaster Essex
As an Essex-based toastmaster I am immensely proud to be a member of the English Toastmaster Association. I have recently been included on the front page of their web site as a featured toastmaster, an honour I do not take lightly.

Being in the Association is not just about accreditation for accreditation's sake. It is not about putting a certificate on my wall, or simple act of bureaucracy which allows me to practice. I view my toastmaster membership seriously and take an active role in helping to move the association forward; attending trade shows, manning exhibition stands to promote our services.

Of course being based in Essex doesn't mean that I only attend weddings or trade shows in the surrounding area, and in fact I always relish the opportunity to visit somewhere new and it's interesting to see how different places in the country approach the wedding ceremony and the reception. No matter what the approach having a toastmaster such as myself on the big day is one way to guarantee less stress for those involved.
